Our Principles
MicroCodeZ upholds the highest standards of professionalism, fairness and integrity. This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, contractors, partners and stakeholders engaging with or on behalf of MicroCodeZ. It aligns with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), Work Health and Safety Act 2011, Privacy Act 1988, and other applicable Australian legislation.
We embrace diversity and foster a respectful, inclusive workplace. All forms of discrimination, harassment, and bullying are strictly prohibited, in line with the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986. We respect the rights and dignity of every individual, regardless of gender, age, race, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.
All business dealings must be conducted honestly and ethically. Employees are expected to avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any situation that may influence impartial decision-making. Bribery, corruption, or misuse of position will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth). All employees must comply with safety protocols, report hazards, and take reasonable care for their own and others' wellbeing.
We handle all personal and sensitive information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Employees must protect confidential business and client data, use it responsibly, and avoid unauthorised access or disclosure.
Employees must use MicroCodeZ systems, software, and hardware ethically and securely. Unauthorised software, malicious activity, or use of corporate tools for personal gain is strictly forbidden. We enforce strong information security practices aligned with industry standards and Australian cybersecurity principles.
We expect full compliance with all company policies and legal obligations. Any suspected misconduct should be reported to the appropriate manager, Human Resources, or via the confidential whistleblower process in line with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
